Let's Talk Rubbish - Waste Satisfaction Survey 2025

Overview

We would like to know what you think of the waste and recycling services offered by South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils. These include refuse, recycling, food and garden waste collections, and street cleansing services.  

We last asked for your views on our services in 2024 - thank you to everyone who took part. You can click on this link to view the 2024 consultation report.

By taking part in this year's survey you will help us to continue to identify satisfaction levels with these services and highlight areas for improvement.

Please note - questions relating to recycling centres, highways and weeds are not covered in this survey as these services are owned and managed separately by Oxfordshire County Council.

Personal data

Your feedback is anonymous. Any personal information you provide to the councils within your comments that could identify you will not be published in the summary report. All personal information supplied to the councils will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Further information is available in our privacy statement.

What happens next? 
Once the survey has closed, all comments will be reviewed and a summary report will be produced. Once finalised, the summary report will be available on our website.
