Kingston Bagpuize with Southmoor Area Designation Consultation

Overview

Vale of White Horse District Council has recieved a Neighbourhood Area Designation application from Kingston Bagpuize Parish Council.

The neighbourhood area designation outlines the area which will be covered by the Neighbourhood Plan for Kingston Bagpuize.

We are required to carry out this consultation as the proposed neighbourhood area overlaps with a small part of the parish of Fyfield and Tubney. We are inviting your comments during a publicity period running from Thursday, 18 January 2024 to 11.59pm on Thursday, 29 February 2024.

All personal data will be held securely by the council and examiner in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. Comments submitted by individuals will be published on our website alongside their name. No other contact details will be published. Comments submitted by businesses, organisations or agents will be published in full, excluding identifying information of any individual employees. Part C is for monitoring purposes only and all questions are optional. The information provided in this section will not be linked to your submission, shared with the independent examiner or outside the council, nor will it be published as part of the consultation results.

What happens next

After the consultation ends, Vale of White Horse will consider your comments and will decide whether to formally designate the Neighbourhood Area for Kingston Bagpuize. The final decision will be published on the Kingston Bagpuize Neighbourhood Plan page on our website.
