Supporting your council to take climate action

Overview

We at South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils Climate and Biodiversity Team want to know how we can help you as town and parish councils to do the best for the climate and our natural environment.

The councils have set ambitious targets to be carbon neutral in our operations by the end of the decade and for the whole districts soon after.

We can offer our communities and town and parish councils help to achieve this goal. We have already given funds and support to climate projects across the districts which have helped organisations save thousands in energy costs, reduced carbon emissions, and had a positive impact on local nature recovery.

The deadline for completing this survey has now been extended to Thursday 25 April.
